Ingredients (what you need)

2 pcs large white onion
to taste salt
as needed coarse flour
oil
ketchup
tartar sauce
sour cream
celery
carrot
dough 4 tablespoons coarse flour
2 pcs eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe steps

Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Separate the rings and season them to taste with salt, then dust with flour.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Dip the rings in this batter and place them in a larger amount of hot oil, frying until golden brown. Once removed, place them on a towel or napkin to drain.

Serve the rings with cleaned and sliced celery and carrot. As a dip, you can use ketchup, tartar sauce, or sour cream mixed with salt and pepper.
