Garlic soup is excellent as a remedy after a night of drinking.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 piece egg
1 piece carrot
4 pieces potatoes
5 berries allspice
1 piece celery
2 tablespoons butter
200 g hard cheese
3 cloves garlic
1 piece parsley
to taste caraway
pepper
salt

Recipe steps

In a pan, we melt some butter and sauté the vegetables in it, then we pour in broth if possible. We add diced potatoes, allspice, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer.

Once everything is soft, we add finely chopped garlic and mix in an egg.

We sprinkle the finished soup with grated cheese.
