Avocado stuffed with tuna

Excellent and quick appetizer.
Ingredients (what you need)
4 pcs avocado
1 pc lemon
for garnish fresh herbs
filling tabasco
ground white pepper
4 - 5 tablespoons yogurt mayonnaise
1 - 2 cans tuna in its own juice
salt
Recipe steps
Wash the avocados, cut them in half lengthwise, then remove the pits, and scoop out some of the flesh, which we then cut into small pieces. We sprinkle the pieces and the avocado halves with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Remove the tuna from the juice, cut it into small pieces, and mix it with the chopped avocado and mayonnaise. Then, add soy sauce or Tabasco to taste. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
We then fill the avocado halves with this mixed filling and garnish with fresh herbs on the plate. Serve immediately, preferably chilled.
