Meat Pies

We take puff pastry, roll it out, and cut it into squares, which we brush with beaten egg.
Ingredients (what you need)
oregano
2 tablespoons black olives
2 pcs eggs
white pepper
thyme
parsley
2 tablespoons coarse flour
salt
olive oil
1 pc onion
300 g ground pork
250 g puff pastry
4 cloves garlic
basil
for brushing egg
Recipe steps
We peel the onion and finely chop it. We crush the peeled garlic and chop the olives. In a pan, we sauté the onion, then add the garlic and after a while, the ground meat. We season with herbs, salt, and add the olives.
Once the mixture cools down, we mix in the eggs. We then fill the prepared squares with the mixture and shape them into pastries. We brush them with egg and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
We bake in a preheated oven at 250°C. Then we reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake until golden.
The pastries are excellent as an appetizer.
