Ingredients (what you need)

500 g white yogurt
1 cup sour cream
salt to taste

add herbs to taste - I use the "herb butter" mix

Recipe steps

In a bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients using a whisk.

Place a cloth or fabric in a bowl with a lid and pour the mixture into it.

When covering the bowl, ensure the fabric does not touch the mixture so that there is enough space underneath for the whey to drip. Securely close the lid and place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Roll the fabric hanging from the bowl onto the lid, as it may get damp and create a mess in the fridge.

The next day, it's ready. Carefully remove the curd to prevent it from falling back into the whey, and transfer it to a container. It's great. It doesn't last long at home.
