breadcrumbs

Thoroughly wash the zucchini, then coarsely grate it with the skin on. Add salt, mix it with the flakes, and let it sit for 20 minutes. If there is still water in the zucchini after this time, drain it.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with the egg, seasoning, peeled and crushed garlic, onion, and flour, which we add to the zucchini.
Make a mixture that allows for the formation of patties. Add breadcrumbs as needed.
Scoop out roughly the same amount of the mixture and form patties, which are then coated in breadcrumbs.
