Spring rolls in rice paper

We will cook rice and let it cool down.

Ingredients (what you need)

20 pcs rice paper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
250 g minced mixed meat
100 g rice
250 g white cabbage
2 pcs carrot

Recipe steps

We peel the carrots, clean the cabbage, and grate them.

We mix the grated vegetables with rice and ground meat. We season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. We prepare rice paper, which we moisten, and on which we place the mixture and roll it into small rolls.

We heat oil in a pan and place the rolls in it. We fry until the rolls are golden.

It’s completely up to you what the ratio of the mixture to rice is and what vegetables you use.

We dry the spring rolls and serve immediately.
