We take the washed chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and lightly brush with oil. We cut the sausage and mix the grated cheese with the eggs and salt.

Ingredients (what you need)

5 pcs eggs
100 g grated hard cheese
5 pcs chicken breasts
4 pcs Debrecen sausages
as needed lard for greasing
ground black pepper
salt
oil

Recipe steps

We will grease the bundt pan with lard, line the sides and bottom with a third of the chicken slices, pour half of the eggs with cheese over it, and add half a portion of sliced sausages. We will cover it with the second third of the chicken, pour the remaining eggs over it, and add the rest of the sausages. We will top it with the remaining chicken slices.

We bake it at 200°C for about 1.5 hours.

Chicken bundt is best served with potatoes or bread.
