Excellent egg pudding that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients (what you need)

8 pcs eggs
200 g soft salami
1 pcs onion
1 jar Moravian pickles
150 ml water
1 pcs gelatin for egg pudding
1 - 2 tbsp mustard
1 cube bouillon
1 pcs mayonnaise
ground black pepper
salt

Recipe steps

Peel the onion, salami, and hard-boiled eggs, and cut them into small cubes. Chop the vegetables from the Moravanka into smaller pieces and set the brine aside. Mix everything well and add salt, pepper, mustard, and mayonnaise.

Prepare the brine. To the brine from the Moravanka, add about 150 ml of water, a season cube, and bring it to a boil. Then add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.

Pour the finished brine over the egg mixture, mix it, and pour it into a game loaf or another mold. Let it set in the refrigerator.

Serve the egg terrine with bread and garnish with fresh vegetables.
