Excellent Italian appetizer.

Ingredients (what you need)

15 pcs zucchini flowers
filling 2 packages mozzarella
as needed frying oil
batter milk
7 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 pcs eggs
salt

Recipe steps

We thoroughly wash the zucchini flowers, including the inside, and dry them. We then fill the flowers with diced mozzarella so that they do not get damaged.

For the batter, we mix flour, eggs, salt, and milk so that we can coat the flowers in it.

In a pan, we heat oil and fry the coated flowers until golden brown on both sides. After removing them, we place them on a napkin to absorb any excess oil.

We then serve immediately while still hot.
