1 piece avocado
1 piece pomelo
2 tablespoons lime juice
150 ml mayonnaise
250 g peeled shrimp
150 ml plain full-fat yogurt
to taste ground black pepper
salt
as needed iceberg lettuce

Recipe steps

Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop it out with a spoon.
