Creamy pea soup with mint

Cut the bread slices into cubes and sauté them in a tablespoon of butter along with the pressed garlic.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 handful mint
2 tablespoons butter
600 ml chicken broth
100 ml sour cream
1 piece leek
2 slices toast bread
1 piece onion
1 clove garlic
150 g frozen peas
to taste salt
pepper
Recipe steps
Finely chopped onion and sliced leek are added to a pot where we have heated a tablespoon of butter. We sauté for 8-10 minutes.
We pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Then we add peas and cook for about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and season with pepper, salt, and add chopped mint. We blend using an immersion blender and gradually whisk in the cream.
The soup is served together with the prepared croutons.
