2 slices of veal thigh
50 g Prosciutto
40 g cold smoked ham
4 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 large tablespoon of full-fat mustard
1 medium onion
4 cloves of garlic
oil
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour for thickening
Recipe steps
Pound the meat, season with salt and pepper, and spread mustard on the inside. Place 1-2 pieces of prosciutto on each slice, roll them up, and secure with toothpicks.
Sauté the onion in oil until golden, then add the chopped garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and cold ham cut into thin strips.
In a pan, brown the rolls on all sides, then pour in water and simmer until tender.
Once the meat is tender, remove it and thicken the juice with flour mixed with water.
Serve with rice, dumplings, pasta, or just with vegetables.
