Spicy rabbit cutlets

We will debone the rabbit, cut it into pieces, gently tenderize them, salt them, and coat them in flour. Then we will dip them in beaten egg with salt and a little beer.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 rabbit
salt
plain flour
2 eggs
a little beer
breadcrumbs
1 onion
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 bay leaf
oil
Recipe steps
The rabbit is prepared by deboning it, cutting it into small slices, and gently pounding them. We season with salt and coat in flour. Then we dip it in beaten eggs, to which we can add a dash of beer, but it is not necessary. Finally, we coat it in breadcrumbs, to which we have added finely chopped onion and crushed spices, and mix thoroughly.
We fry the breaded cutlets slowly until they turn golden.
We serve boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, or potatoes with onion as a side dish.
