150 g ground beef
150 g ground pork

20 g breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons milk
10 g onion
10 g all-purpose flour

20 g oil
1 egg (as needed and for one serving 1 egg)

Recipe steps
Soak the roll in milk, after a while squeeze it out and mix it with ground meat, egg white, finely chopped onion, flour, pepper, and salt. Then shape thin patties (I made several smaller ones).
Place them on a baking sheet that we have oiled and preheated in the oven. During baking, flip them over and baste with water. Bake them until golden brown.
Once done, spread mustard on them and add a fried egg on top.
