Chickpea salad with tuna

Recipe for Spanish warm salad for 3-4 people.
Ingredients (what you need)
3 tablespoons olive oil
150 g chickpeas
1 can tuna in oil
3 pcs hard-boiled eggs
to taste 1 pcs onion
2 cloves garlic
dressing 1 tablespoon herb vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
salt
ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe steps
Soak the chickpeas the day before, then cook them the next day until soft. After that, drain them and transfer to a bowl.
Open the can of tuna, drain the oil separately, and add vinegar, salt, and sugar to it, whisking well until everything is dissolved.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Sauté them in a heated pan with oil and then add to the chickpeas. In the same pan, add the tuna and lightly sauté, just to warm the meat.
Cut the hard-boiled eggs into pieces and add them to the chickpeas, along with the warmed tuna. Gently mix everything together.
Finally, drizzle everything with the dressing we prepared in the meantime.
Serve on plates like this and serve immediately.
