Burger Recipe is one of those kinds of recipes that exist in an endless number of variations. Burger Recipe is indeed one of the dishes that has earned a place in the limelight, and not exaggerating, worldwide.
Meat for the burger can be virtually any kind, but excellent choices include ground beef chuck that must be coarsely ground so that your hamburger doesn't fall apart. And if it has a bit of fat on it, that's even better. Hamburger will be much juicier that way. Burger Recipe should also be made with care. This means that you should not overcook the meat in the skillet so that it is not overdone. It should be a little pink inside and thus juicy. Onion rings also go excellently in the burger, which you can use instead of red onion.
Burger Recipe prefers only fresh ingredients, so even though barbecue sauce can usually be bought, homemade is still better. If you decide to go for it, here's a short guide to making BBQ sauce:
In a small saucepan, sauté 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic, both finely chopped, in olive oil along with a pinch of crushed chili pepper. Sauté for about 3 minutes. Then pour in 400 g of canned crushed tomatoes, add 80 g of brown cane sugar, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and finally 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Let it simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes until the barbecue sauce thickens to the desired consistency. Finally, blend it. Enjoy your meal.

Ingredients (what you need)

BURGER
800 g coarsely ground beef, chilled
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 egg yolk
sea salt
pepper
freshly ground
1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

FOR FINISHING
4 pieces hamburger buns, halved lengthwise
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 pieces pickles, sliced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 small onion, sliced
iceberg lettuce, leaves, can be replaced with romaine lettuce
BBQ sauce

Recipe steps

Put all the ingredients for the hamburger into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Form the mixture into 4 burgers. Tip: make a small indentation in the middle of each patty to prevent the burger from puffing up during cooking. Let them rest in the fridge if you decided to make homemade barbecue sauce.

Preheat the grill or skillet thoroughly. Lightly brush the burgers with oil and cook for about 4 minutes on each side to keep the meat nice and juicy and pink inside. If you want a cheeseburger, add a slice of cheese on top of the meat in the last minute.

On another skillet, toast the inside of the buns dry. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the toasted side of the bun, then layer with lettuce leaves, onions, pickles, and basically anything you like. Finally, drizzle with barbecue sauce and dig in.
