Grilled pork skewers

The weather is improving, and therefore it's the perfect time to fire up the grill and enjoy moments with friends, during which tasty treats should not be missed.
Ingredients (what you need)
1.5 kg of pork (preferably shoulder)
1 head of garlic
1 packet of grilling spice
300 ml of oil
1 kg of onion
0.5 kg of bacon (to taste)
fresh bread
vegetables to taste
spices to taste
Recipe steps
We peel the garlic cloves and crush them. In a pan, we heat the oil, add whole grilling spices, and sauté briefly.
We add the garlic, sauté it for a moment, and then remove it from the heat. We do everything while constantly stirring. We let it cool down slowly.
We cut the pork shoulder into slices, gently pound them, and put them into the warm marinade. We mix thoroughly. If we are preparing the meat a day before grilling, we store it in a cooler place. Longer marinating means more intense flavor of the meat.
An hour before grilling, we prepare the skewers. We peel the onion and cut it into pieces. We cut the bacon into smaller parts. We also cut the vegetables into cubes.
We gradually thread the ingredients onto skewers and wrap each skewer in foil.
We grill on the rack, with only the heat from the hot coals underneath. After half an hour, we remove the foil and grill the skewers for about 15 minutes until they soften and turn golden.
We serve with fresh bread, salad, and grilling sauces.
