500 g of pork meat
200 g of bacon
2 onions
2 green peppers
salt
Mexican spice (or other)
oil

Recipe steps

Cut the meat into cubes, mix with Mexican spices and a small amount of salt. Let it marinate for about 2 hours.

Then alternately skewer the meat, onion, bacon, and green pepper on sticks, with the last being meat again.

Apply oil to the food and then grill it on an outdoor grill. Serve with bread, mustard, or other side dishes.
