350 g chicken meat (thigh fillets)
1 pc sour cream
500 ml milk
5 pcs fine sausages
3 teaspoons ground sweet paprika
500 ml water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons seasoning, Vegeta
1 teaspoon curry spice
to taste salt
as needed oil
Recipe steps
In a pan, sauté the onion and fry the chicken meat. Then add the sausages and season. Fry for a while and then add some water. Simmer for a while and add paprika, cooking until soft. Add milk, cover, simmer, and thicken with cornstarch mixed in a bit of water. Cook until thickened. Finally, pour in the cream, mix, and salt to taste. Do not cook the mixture anymore.
