Ingredients (what you need)
4 slices of chicken meat (we can use other meats as well)
salt
ground pepper
mustard
breadcrumbs
2 eggs
chives
parsley
oil for frying
Recipe steps
Tenderize the meat, season it with salt and pepper, then spread mustard on it and drizzle with oil.
Coat it in breadcrumbs and gently press them into the meat with your hand.
Whisk the eggs and stir in the chopped parsley and chives.
Coat the cutlets. Heat oil in a pan, add the cutlets, and fry them on both sides until golden.
