The meat, which we have removed impurities from, is cut into thin strips and mixed in a bowl with spices, oil, and cornstarch, and stirred well. We can let it rest for a while, but it's not necessary.
In a non-stick pan, we fry the pieces of meat and separate them with a spoon. There is no need to add oil, as there is enough in the mixture.
