Chinese spring rolls

Cut the cleaned, dried chicken breasts into small pieces and sauté them in a pan. Add the vegetable mix and also sauté it. If it becomes too liquid due to the thawed vegetables, we can drain the water from the pan or thicken it with cornstarch. Season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce, cinnamon, and ginger. The filling must not be runny, otherwise, it won’t be possible to fill.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 g chicken breast
1 pinch ground white pepper
1 - 2 tbsp cornstarch
rice paper
500 g frozen vegetables
to taste 2 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch ground cinnamon
salt
as needed oil for frying
Recipe steps
Next, in a bowl with water, we prepare rice paper, which should be available in most shops. Once the paper softens, we fill it with the mixture, roll it into spring rolls, and pull the ends to prevent the mixture from leaking out. If you're having trouble, you can try wrapping it in two sheets of paper.
This way, we fry the spring rolls until golden brown. We can serve them immediately, with a side dish or without.
