Chicken with beer and mushrooms

Salted and peppered chicken thighs are placed in a baking dish, along with coarsely chopped mushrooms and onion. The strips are drizzled with olive oil and beer is added.

300 ml light beer
100 ml cream
1 onion
300 g pasta

Salted and peppered chicken thighs are placed in a baking dish together with coarsely chopped mushrooms and onion.
Pour olive oil and add beer. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
After baking, remove the chicken thighs, enrich the sauce with cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return the meat to the baking dish and let it rest for a while.
Serve with cooked pasta and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
