12 chicken wings
100 g butter
100 g honey
2 tablespoons light beer
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 red onion
2 carrots
250 ml light beer
250 ml strong broth
6 tablespoons canned cranberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon ground allspice

Recipe steps
Melt the butter and let it cool. Then mix it with honey, 5 ml of beer, and grated ginger. Season the chicken wings with salt and marinate them in the butter mixture, ideally overnight.
Then transfer the meat along with the marinade to a baking tray and bake at 250°C for approximately 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the onion and carrot into small cubes and sauté them in oil. Add the bay leaf, allspice, pepper, mustard, and lemon juice. Pour in the beer and broth and let it reduce for about 20 minutes. Then remove the bay leaves, blend everything with a hand blender, add the cranberries, let it simmer briefly, and adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.
