Chicken thighs on lettuce cabbage

Ingredients (what you need)
3 chicken thighs
1/2 head of cabbage
250 ml light 10° beer
2 small sausages
1 red bell pepper
1 large onion
2 tablespoons of ketchup
3 cloves of garlic
all-purpose flour
lard or oil
ground caraway seeds
salt
ground pepper
grilling or other favorite seasoning
Recipe steps
Salt the chicken, sprinkle with spices, and coat in flour. Cut the cabbage into small pieces, the onion into wedges, the pepper into strips, the sausage into slices, and the garlic into thin slices.
In a pan, quickly fry the meat on both sides and then remove it. Add oil to the drippings if necessary, and sauté the onion until golden. Then add the sausage, garlic, caraway, pepper, and cabbage. Fry until the cabbage begins to brown.
Mix the beer with ketchup and transfer everything to a baking dish. Place the thighs on the mixture, which we pour with beer. Cover the baking dish and bake at 200 °C for about 40-45 minutes.
Once the meat is tender, uncover the baking dish and bake until crispy.
As a side dish, we can choose homemade bread, but boiled potatoes or just roasted cabbage can also be served.
