1 larger onion
1/4 head of white cabbage
1 sausage
1 cooking cream
plain flour for thickening
salt
pepper
seasoning
oil for the pan
Recipe steps
Deboned chicken thighs are gently pounded through cling film, salted, and seasoned with pepper. The onion and cabbage are cut into thin strips, and the sausage is cut into smaller pieces.
We cut the cabbage, onion, and a piece of sausage into pieces, roll everything up, and secure it with string or twine, lightly salt, and pepper.
In a pan, we heat oil, sauté the remaining onion until translucent, and add the chicken rolls. We let the meat brown on all sides, then add the remaining chopped cabbage, season with seasoning, and simmer until it is soft.
We remove the meat and pour cream over the mixture in the pan. If necessary, we add a bit of smooth flour. Serve with rice.
