Pâté made from poultry liver

In a pan, melt half the butter and oil, then add finely chopped shallots or onion to sauté.
Ingredients (what you need)
200 g butter
3 tablespoons dried cherries
1 tablespoon oil
250 g chicken liver
4 pcs shallots
2 cloves garlic
to taste salt
ground black pepper
Recipe steps
To this we will add finely chopped garlic and cleaned liver. We sauté it for about 8 minutes until it is pink inside. Then we add the cherry, stir, and remove from the heat.
Once the contents of the pan have cooled, we put everything into a blender, season with salt and pepper, and blend. We then divide this mixture into small bowls and top them with a thin layer of melted butter. We place them in the refrigerator to cool.
We spread the poultry pâté on fresh bread and garnish with finely chopped chives.
