Ingredients (what you need)
Chicken pieces to taste - (rabbit meat can also be used)
100 g bacon
3 tablespoons oil
2 onions
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
3 bay leaves
6 whole allspice berries
200 g fresh mushrooms (or dried)
2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1.5 dcl sweet cream
Recipe steps
Cut the meat of the chicken or rabbit into pieces, layer it with bacon, and salt it. Brown it on all sides in oil, and then set it aside.
In the oil we used to brown the meat, sauté the onion, add the paprika and mushrooms, pour in some water, and add the spices.
Bake until soft. After baking, remove the meat and spices, and thicken the juice with flour dissolved in a bit of water.
Cook and add the cream.
