Chicken breasts with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes

In each chicken breast, we will create a longitudinal pocket. We tear the spinach into smaller pieces, wash it thoroughly, place it in a strainer, and pour boiling water over it.
Ingredients (what you need)
3 chicken breasts
3 large handfuls of fresh spinach
9 dried cherry tomatoes (or 3 regular)
salt
pepper
chicken seasoning
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of plain flour
soup liquid seasoning
2 teaspoons of butter
Recipe steps
In each chicken breast, we create an elongated pocket.
We tear the spinach into smaller pieces, rinse it carefully, place it in a sieve, and pour boiling water over it.
We mix the tomatoes (we can chop them slightly), add a little oil from the tomatoes, and salt them.
Into each pocket, we place one third of the mixture of spinach and tomatoes. Then we salt, pepper, and add additional seasoning to each chicken breast to taste.
In a pan, we heat oil and fry the chicken breasts on both sides until golden. We then transfer them to a baking dish and place them in a slightly warm oven to finish cooking.
We add flour to the drippings and lightly sauté it. Then we pour in cold water, mix thoroughly, and finally season with soup spice. We let it cook for about 5 minutes. Finally, we add butter to make everything even more refined.
We serve with buttery vegetables and potatoes prepared in any way.
