Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pan until golden brown. Then add the chicken cut into strips, season with salt and pepper, and fry. Once it's done, set it aside. Be careful with the salt, as blue cheese is quite salty on its own, so don’t oversalt.

Ingredients (what you need)

sauce 250 ml cooking cream
150 g blue cheese
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 - 2 pcs onion
2 - 3 cubes cream cheese
300 g chicken meat
1 pinch salt

Recipe steps

In a pan, we place crumbled blue cheese, which we let melt. Then we add processed cheese. Once that melts as well, we pour in cream, the amount depending on how thick we want the sauce to be. When the sauce is thick to our liking, we add the meat with onions and stir.

The sauce is also excellent with mushrooms.

This is best served with pasta.
