Recipe steps
First, cut the meat into thicker strips, similar to what they do at KFC.
Pour water into the bowl with the meat and add the marinade seasoning, mix everything thoroughly, and let it rest in the fridge for an hour.
In the meantime, prepare the coating mixture. Before dipping the meat into the flour mixture, it must be moist, so it needs to be mixed one more time.
Turn the meat in the mixture to help the flour stick better.
After coating, place it in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
