Ingredients (what you need)
1 chicken
salt
ground pepper
1 tablespoon of sweet red paprika
250 ml 12% cream
1 onion
oil
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
Recipe steps
Cut the chicken into approximately twelve pieces and then fry them in oil in a pan.
Place the fried pieces in the pressure cooker and let them stay there for a while.
In the remaining fat in the pan, sauté the peeled onion chopped into cubes and then add the ground paprika, which we sauté for about half a minute.
Mix all the ingredients with the chicken in the pressure cooker and add about half a liter of water.
Cover the pot and cook for 25 minutes.
Open the pot and set aside the chicken.
Thicken the remaining juice with cream mixed with flour and cook for at least 15 minutes. Before serving, return the chicken to warm it up.
Serve with pasta, dumplings, or boiled potatoes.
