Recipe steps
We cut the chicken schnitzel lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through, so it does not fall apart. We season with salt and spices. On the bottom part, we layer tomatoes, basil, and Camembert, then cover with another slice of meat. On the next slice, we add ham, onion, basil, smoked cheese, and cover with the last piece.
