Do you not know what to do with excess chicken? You can use it for an easy and nutritious dish. Just sauté it with various vegetables in a wok pan.

Ingredients (what you need)

400 g of deboned soup meat
100 g of bacon
150 g of onion (1 large)
2 cloves of garlic
1 stalk of celery
1/2 large yellow bell pepper
1/2 large red bell pepper
200 ml of broth (or water)
1 teaspoon of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 slice of butter (1 cm)
ground pepper (to taste)
salt (to taste)
flat-leaf parsley leaves
celery leaves

Recipe steps

Cooked chicken meat is cut into smaller pieces. The English bacon is diced into small cubes.

We wash and peel the vegetables. The onion is sliced into rings, the garlic into slices, the peppers into wider strips, and the celery is finely chopped.

In a deep frying pan, we heat the butter. Then we add the meat, quickly sauté it, and transfer it to a plate.

In the pan with the meat, we add the bacon. Once it starts to release fat and turn pink, we add the onion and garlic and let them become translucent.

Next, we add the peppers, celery, and soy sauce, and we let everything sauté for five minutes.

Then we stir in the sautéed meat, flour dissolved in broth or water, and cook for 10 minutes while stirring continuously.

Finally, we mix in the chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Boiled potatoes are suitable for serving.
