1-2 chicken breasts
1.5 larger carrots
1 smaller kohlrabi
2 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of curry
ground cumin (to taste)
soy sauce
olive oil
salt
pepper

Recipe steps
First, we clean the chicken meat and cut it into small pieces, season it with salt, and sauté it in olive oil on all sides. Once the meat is nicely golden, we add the spices and coarsely grated carrots and kohlrabi. We pour in a little water so everything stews well, and we simmer until the meat is tender.
Finally, we add chopped garlic, a bit of soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thin, we can add a little roux and cook for about a minute.
In the end, we add chopped parsley and mix well.
We serve the meat with rice, potatoes, or bulgur.
