Ingredients (what you need)
1 whole chicken
4 large eggs
100 g all-purpose flour
2 sprigs of rosemary
salt
pepper
a pinch of chili pepper (optional)
Recipe steps
In a large bowl, we will place the eggs, beat them, add salt, pepper, chili powder, and chopped rosemary.
Wash the chicken, cut it into approximately 10 pieces, and immerse it in the egg mixture. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Then, remove the individual pieces of chicken and let the excess egg drip back into the bowl.
To the eggs, add approximately 100 grams of flour and work it into a batter that is thicker than pancake batter. (The amount of flour is only approximate, as it depends on the size of the eggs and how dry or moist the flour is).
Wrap the chicken in the batter (you can also help yourself with a spoon) and fry in hot oil until golden. Season with salt to taste.
