We will wash the chicken breasts, which we will season with salt and pepper after flattening. In a pan, we will melt some butter, in which we will then fry the slices on both sides. We will finely chop the cleaned leek, drain the mushrooms, and sauté them together in the butter as well.

10 dkg blue cheese
15 dkg English bacon
1 handful leek
4 pcs chicken breasts
1 can canned mushrooms
1 - 2 slices butter
1 package puff pastry
15 dkg ham
for brushing egg
to taste salt
basil
tomato purée or ketchup
ground black pepper
Recipe steps
We roll out the dough, spread it with ketchup and sprinkle fresh basil on top. On that, we place ham and then fried slices of chicken, which we cover with a cabbage mixture and sprinkle grated blue cheese on top. Finally, we add slices of bacon. We then wrap it into a roll, ensuring that nothing leaks out during baking.
We place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush it with egg like a classic roll, put it into a preheated oven, and bake at a high temperature until golden brown.
After removing the roll from the oven, we let it cool. Then we slice it and serve.
