Greased baking dish is filled with chicken pieces, which are placed bone side up. All ingredients for the sauce are mixed together and poured over the chicken. Then bake in a preheated oven.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 chicken or thighs
butter for greasing the baking dish

Sauce
2 finely chopped onions
3/4 cup water
0.5 dcl ketchup
2 tbsp Maggi
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1/2 tbsp salt
1 pepper or crushed chili
4 cloves of garlic

Recipe steps

Grease the baking dish with butter, cut the chicken into pieces and place it with the bones facing up.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour it over the chicken.

Bake covered with aluminum foil in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, then turn and bake uncovered for another 40 minutes, occasionally basting with the rendered juices.
