Ingredients (what you need)
1 cut-up chicken (I used 4 thighs)
2 tablespoons tandoori masala seasoning
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1-2 onions
3 cloves of garlic

Recipe steps
Salt the chicken and let it soak in the spice and soy sauce mixture for one hour.
In a baking dish, place the sliced onion and crushed garlic cloves.
Put the chicken in the baking dish along with the marinade, add approximately 100 ml of water, cover, and place in the preheated oven at 200°C.
Bake covered for about 45 minutes, during which time baste with the drippings, and in the last 15 minutes uncover to create a crust.
