Hot chicken wings

In a large bowl, we pour in the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and mix everything thoroughly. On low heat, we melt the butter in a pot and add the chili to it.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 cup of butter (225 g)
5 tablespoons of chili sauce or Tabasco
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic paste or dried garlic
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of paprika
2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
30 chicken wings (room temperature)
vegetable oil
Recipe steps
In a large bowl, we combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt, and mix everything well.
On low heat, we melt the butter in a pot and add the chili sauce, pepper, and garlic, mixing everything well. We then transfer the mixture to a smaller bowl and let it cool slightly, but not so much that it solidifies.
We coat the wings in the flour mixture, then dip them in the butter mix and coat them in flour again. The wings must be at room temperature; otherwise, the mix will solidify and won't stick to the chicken. We place the coated wings on a plate and let them rest in the refrigerator for 60 to 90 minutes to marinate properly.
First, we heat the oil to a high temperature and then fry the chicken wings until golden brown. We turn them several times. After taking them out, we dry them with a paper towel.
