Ingredients (what you need)
3 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1/2 can of corn
1 small can of canned mushrooms
3 tablespoons soy sauce (to taste)
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon Chinese spice
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon ground ginger
ground pepper
salt
chili (to taste)
1 heaping tablespoon potato starch (Solamyl)
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
Recipe steps
Wash and clean the meat, cut it into thin strips, and place it in a bowl. Stir in the Chinese spice mix, pepper, and ginger, and sprinkle everything with starch. Mix thoroughly to coat the meat well.
Peel the onion, remove the seeds from the bell pepper, and cut both ingredients into thin strips.
In a deep pan, heat the oil and fry the chicken on high heat. Once the meat is golden on all sides, add the sliced vegetables, mushrooms (drained), and corn.
Pour in three tablespoons of soy sauce and two tablespoons of water. Stir in the curry and crushed garlic, mix thoroughly, and let the vegetables soften for about 10-15 minutes.
You can add salt or chili to taste. Use soy sauce according to your preferences and choose the vegetables as you see fit.
It tastes best with rice.
