Ingredients (what you need)
1 turkey thigh (boneless)
1 large onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
3-5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
oil
600-800 ml of broth
Spices - to taste
ground hot red pepper
ground sweet red pepper
marjoram
salt
ground pepper
crushed cumin
1 pinch of freshly ground allspice
Recipe steps
We cut the boneless turkey thigh into small cubes.
In oil, we sauté the chopped onion, add the meat, and season with salt and pepper. Then we add crushed garlic, caraway seeds, marjoram, a pinch of allspice, and sweet paprika, possibly also hot paprika for those who like it.
First, we fry the meat, then add a little water or broth and braise it until tender.
From flour and water, we make a slurry, and as soon as the meat is almost tender, we thicken it and cook for another 20 minutes.
