Ingredients (what you need)

500 g of chicken meat (any meat can be used, including game)
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of oil
3 hot peppers (or less, to taste)
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons of Maggi
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 large onion

Recipe steps

Cut the meat into thin strips and mix it with the other ingredients. Let it marinate for at least 24 hours, and if you use other meat, even longer. You can also prepare the dish with liver, but add salt only after cooking, while we add Maggi and Worcestershire sauce right away.

After marinating, quickly fry the meat in oil, then reduce the heat and continue cooking.

The best side dish is fried potatoes.
