Chicken salad with sesame

We wash the chicken breasts, cut them into smaller pieces, and place them in a bowl. We add eggs, soy sauce, sesame, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. We mix everything thoroughly by hand to ensure it is evenly coated.

Recipe steps
In a pan with heated oil, we fry the mixture well on all sides and set it aside. Meanwhile, as we prepare the salad, the mixture will cool down.
We mix ketchup and mustard with sour cream and optionally add chili to taste. In a bowl, we chop the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
We serve the salad immediately, preferably in bowls where we add dressing to taste and the already cooled meat.
