dried tomatoes in oil
mozzarella
Black Forest ham

Recipe steps

Lightly salt the cutlets (carefully, because the ham is already salty), pepper them, add dried tomatoes and pieces of mozzarella. Then roll them up and wrap in ham.

Pour a little oil from the tomatoes on the bottom of the baking dish.

Bake covered for 20 minutes at 180 °C, then uncover and finish baking.
