500 g chicken meat
30 g butter
2 egg yolks
20-30 g sifted breadcrumbs
salt
a pinch of ground nutmeg
parsley
2 tablespoons cream
butter or oil for frying
Recipe steps
Wash and clean the meat, cut it into pieces and finely chop it, or pass it through a meat grinder twice.
In a bowl, whisk the butter until fluffy, then add the egg yolks, breadcrumbs, and whisk briefly again. Next, mix in the ground meat, chopped parsley, salt, spices, and cream, and stir everything well.
From the mentioned mixture, we form flat oval patties, which we fry slowly on both sides in heated fat until golden brown, with each side being fried for approximately 4 minutes.
Place the patties on plates and garnish them with parsley and a strip of pickled pepper. As a side dish, serve new boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, and a salad of fresh vegetables or compote.
