Ingredients (what you need)
2 chicken breasts
100 g of English bacon
1 young zucchini (max. 10 cm)
1 ear of corn
1 carrot
1 yellow bell pepper
8 small early potatoes
4 cherry tomatoes
spices for grilled vegetables
salt
olive oil
oregano
Recipe steps
Thoroughly wash the potatoes and cook them whole, including the skin, until they are semi-soft.
Cut the meat into pieces, lightly salt it, and wrap each piece in a strip of English bacon.
Slice the zucchini, carrot, and corn, and dice the bell pepper.
Alternately thread the bacon-wrapped meat, tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper onto a bamboo or metal grilling skewer.
Place baking paper on a baking tray, arrange the skewers on it, and add circles of corn and carrot along with whole pre-cooked potatoes around them.
Gently drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with grill seasoning for vegetables.
Prepare it on the grill in the oven; if you do not have a grill, you can just bake it at 250 °C.
On the plate, cover it with fresh oregano leaves.
