600 g chicken breasts
1 tsp Wilderness spice
sprig of rosemary
2 onions
100 g leek
100 g fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp oil
200 ml cream
150 ml white wine
salt

Recipe steps

Cut the breasts into thin strips and mix them with two tablespoons of oil, spices, and finely chopped rosemary. Let them marinate ideally until the next day.

In the oil, sauté the chopped onion, then add the meat and brown it. Add the julienned leek and mushrooms, and sauté everything together. Then pour in the wine and cream, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
