Chicken in herb sauce

Sauté finely chopped onion in butter. Then add diced chicken and spices. Simmer until soft.

1 cup milk
200 g hard cheese
1 bunch chives
50 g butter
1 bunch spring onions
1 tsp Provençal herbs
1 pc onion
300 g chicken meat
to taste chili powder

Then we pour in cream and milk, add sliced spring onions and finely chopped chives. We stir and add coarsely grated cheese. We cook until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens. We then season with salt to taste.
